Which inverters are compatible?
The app is currently optimized for Growatt, Shelly Smart Plug, and evertech inverters. Support for other manufacturers – such as Hoymiles and Shelly Smart Plug – is already under development and will be added soon.
Does the app also work offline?
An active Wi-Fi connection is required to receive live data and analyses. Certain functions, such as accessing previously downloaded historical data, are also possible without an internet connection.
How secure is my data?
Your data will be transmitted exclusively in encrypted form and securely stored on servers within the EU. We strictly adhere to the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
Is there also a desktop version?
Currently, the MOE app is only available for smartphones and tablets.
